1. 1. All registered users of the ARKANIAMU server must agree to and follow every point of these rules. By creating an account and playing on the server, you automatically accept this policy.
2. 2. All accounts, characters, items, in-game currency, and gameplay actions are the exclusive property of the ARKANIAMU server and are protected as intellectual property.
3. 3. The sale of any in-game items, characters, accounts, services, or currencies for real money or any virtual currency equivalent to real money is strictly forbidden. Any form of trading or selling characters is also prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in an instant block of both buyer and seller accounts.
4. 4. Trading valuable items with other players is done at your own risk. The administration guarantees the safety only of items and services purchased through the official ARKANIAMU online shop.
5. 5. The administration does not tolerate false accusations, fake evidence, or perjury. Any player providing false information or testimony may receive a warning or a full block of all accounts, characters, and forum access.
6. 6. Players are responsible for keeping their account information secure. The administration is not responsible for losses caused by account sharing or weak passwords.
7. 7. Any player may report violations and violators to the administration through official communication channels.

1. 1. The use of Speedhack, Hithack, packet editing, memory editing, bots or any other cheat software is strictly forbidden. If suspicious behavior is detected, the administration has the right to request a live PC check. If the player does not respond within 5 minutes, a permanent ban may be issued until further investigation.
   Voluntary confession and cooperation may reduce punishment.
2. 2. The use of any automation programs that provide personal benefits such as farming, leveling, achievements, or bonus points is forbidden. Exception: HP clickers are allowed.
3. 3. Exploiting server bugs, glitches, or errors for personal benefit is strictly forbidden. If you discover a bug, you must report it immediately to the administration.
   Client modification is allowed only for performance optimization (removing effects, animations, objects, etc.). It is strictly forbidden to modify visuals or interface elements in a way that provides combat advantages.

1. 1. Any form of racism, nationalism, ethnic hatred, or discrimination is strictly forbidden. This includes insults such as: narrow-eyed, rice eater, dog, kebab, or any similar expressions.
2. 2. Insults, humiliation, obscene language, flaming, provocation, and flooding (repeating the same message more than 3 times in a short period) are prohibited. Minor insults such as noob or dumb are not reviewed.
3. 3. Harassment, stalking, threats, or intimidation of any player is forbidden.
4. 4. Mentioning relatives or family members in any verbal conflict is strictly forbidden, in any context.
5. 5. Any form of disrespect towards the server administration, moderators, or the server itself — in-game, on Discord, forums, or third-party platforms — is prohibited.
6. 6. Creating character names containing obscene, racist, offensive, or humiliating words is forbidden.
7. 7. Advertising other MU servers or any competing game projects is strictly forbidden.

1. 1. Impersonation of administration members is strictly prohibited.
2. 2. Abuse of game mechanics to intentionally disrupt events, bosses, or other players' gameplay is forbidden.
3. 3. Any attempt to bypass punishments, including creating new accounts after bans, will result in harsher penalties.
4. 4. Account sharing is discouraged. The owner is fully responsible for any actions performed on their account.

All violations of the above rules will be reviewed by the ARKANIAMU administration on a case-by-case basis.
The administration reserves the full right to interpret the rules and make final decisions.
Possible punishments include:

• 2. Character Ban
• 3. Account Ban
• 4. IP Ban
• 5. Hardware Ban

A player may receive the maximum punishment even for a first violation, depending on the severity of the offense.
The administration's decision is final and not subject to appeal.
